Our mission is to create a grassroots, nationwide network of volunteers called “Ruth” who provide companionship when seeking access to out-of-state healthcare services.

The Ruth Collective (TRC) is dedicated to supporting individuals who need to travel across state lines to access reproductive or gender-affirming healthcare services. We understand that accessing these essential services can be challenging, and we are here to provide companionship, support, and assistance throughout the journey.
